Our salon and spa treatments are designed for men and women, and are performed in the comfort of our private treatment rooms. Our staff members are highly trained in their fields, and are licensed and fully certified to ensure that you have the best spa experience possible

APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL TIMES

We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows our therapists adequate time to thoroughly review your medical history and ensure that you receive appropriate and safe treatment. It also allows you time to decompress and prepare for your treatment.

SPA ETIQUETTE

The Willcox Salon and Spa is a haven of tranquility. To safeguard your relaxation and that of other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone and speak softly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

During this time of heightened personal responsibility, guests can cancel their appointment four hours prior to service without penalty.
